Analysis results in cytario® are plain Parquet (or GeoParquet, or CSV) in your own bucket — so any tool that speaks S3 can read them, including an AI agent. The cytario® CLI signs in as you and hands your workstation standard, short-lived AWS credentials scoped to exactly your permissions. Copy an S3 URI out of the viewer, paste it into an agent, and ask a biological question: the agent queries the results file remotely with DuckDB, pulling only the columns and coordinate ranges it needs. A 1.5-million-cell file never leaves the bucket, and seconds later you have cell composition, immune clustering, and a CD8 hotspot map.
